IS, the pre warn on the earnings is a little concerning but at these levels the downside in the next 60 days is very minimal in GoGo's opinion.

Their warning yes. New smartphone did not make certification for this quarter which they originally expected. So revenue getting pushed into next quarter. Expecting consolidation soon in this industry and they are likely candidate.

Well down about $1.30 since GoGo originally recommended but up about 50 cents from 11/30 when still reiterated a strong buy. Unfortunately not what GoGo expected by year end however with new Treo 750 product release this weekend PALM has very positive momentum. If you are not in yet would strongly recommend getting in Monday AM. Still very real possibility of a buyout soon. If not, new products should push this higher near term.

This is the same Palm that did a reverse stock split awhile back so they could look legitimate. Has the smoke cleared, are the mirrors gone?

GoGo says PALM finally starting to pick up momentum over the last week.
Alot of volume as it has moved higher. Still strongly feel a buyout is in the cards with DELL a real good possibility.

GoGo...There appears to be alot of insider selling in the past few weeks if I'm to believe MSNMoney. Looks like some key exec's and directors are selling. Any opinion on this activity?

Shea not overly concerned as these are automatic sales that have been going on for over a year. One is Hawkins(former CTO) who is no longer a full time employee and is using the money to fund some other tech projects with his start up that will only benefit PALM. The other is Dubinsky who is also part time and involved with Hawkins company.

These are automatic weekly sales for the past year. Most likely they are previous options grants which you only so long before you have to exercise them anyway. Additionally a tech savy hedge fund, The Galleon Group. just got in for about 6% of PALM in the last few weeks. This is a smart company so most likely they are aware of some positive things to come.

PALM with big 7% move today on heavy volume and up 16% over last few weeks. Rumours flying about a buyout with MOT now being the likely candidate and several big funds including a Hedgie and Goldman have loaded up in last 10 days. Hopefully this will come to fruition big time.
If deal is in fact on the table we could see several others now bidding which could drive price up substanially.

GoGo says another big surge by PALM today up 11% to 18.30 as buyout rumours get stronger. GoGo hopes you all got in but still don't think its too late.

Media reporting this AM PALM buyout expected to happen this week.
Shares up to $19 in pre market and speculation buyout will be at $20.
GoGo hoping to get more but will take the nice gain if its $20.
